To me, energy is life and there is beauty and power in our life force. In my art, I work to capture the energy of the subject I am painting. I seek vitality of expression in the strokes I use, creating a dynamic translation of my subject. I make my mark and move on. The translation needs to be alive and spirited. The energy comes from deep within me and flows through my brush into my work. I send my "chi" to thee.

BIO
Early in life I discovered my calling was to help people grow and
learn. I have worked as a teacher, school psychologist, and as a director
of a school for learning disabled children. For the last
twenty-five years I have been a psychologist in private practice. I help
people find their essential energy and guide them on their journey. Four
years ago I discovered Oriental Brush Painting. I connected with this
art form and it now infuses my life with creative energy.
